Rosethorn Tennis Club is implementing a Guest Policy this season as follows:

1.  Adult Members are permitted to bring guests to the club.  Courts can be booked up to 48 hours in advance of the time you wish to play.  There will be a $10 per guest per session guest fee, which will be payable by the member at the time of court booking. 

2.  Prior to booking a court with a guest, please inform your guest that they will need to visit our website (www.RosethornTennisClub.com) to create a "Non-Member" profile and sign the liability waiver.  Only after this procedure has been completed, can a member book a court with the guest.

3.  All guests must be accompanied by an Adult member and guests must be aged 18 years or older.

4.  Any guest is entitled to play a maximum of four (4) times per season.

5.  A booking with a guest can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the time of play for a full refund of the guest fee paid to the member's account.  The guest fee shall be forfeited if cancelled after such time.

6.  Guests should only be permitted entry to the courts by the booking Adult member.
