4. If a member does not claim their booked court within 10 minutes of the start time, the member will be considered a "no-show" and such member's booking privileges will be suspended for 7 days. The booking will be considered cancelled and the court can be used by other members.

Tennis is a social game involving politeness and consideration. Everyone will enjoy the game so much more if those standards are displayed and maintained by everyone.
Here are some guidelines which are important:
1. Talk quietly when standing near tennis courts that are in use.
2. Never walk behind a court when a point is still in play. Wait until the point is over and then cross as fast as possible.
3. If people are already on your court, don't disturb them until their time is up. Consider allowing them to finish their point, if not their game.
4. Always come prepared. Bring balls, towels and water.
5. Put racket covers, ball cans, jackets and bags out of everyone's way. Do not use net posts to hang clothes or towels as this could interfere with play.
6. To see who serves first, spin your racket or toss a coin. If you win the toss, the choice is yours to (a) serve first, (b) receive first, (c) which end of the court you want to start on, or (d) make your opponent choose.
7. When sending balls back to a neighbouring court, roll them on the back of the court. Never send them back while play is in progress.
8. Retrieve balls for your partners and your opponent.
9. Call your own lines and let your opponent hear the call. If the ball is good say nothing and play on. Always respect the line calls of your opponent.
10. As server, announce the score at the start of each game and at the start of each point in the game.
